Why do I not see the OPEN button?


In order for the device to scan for locks in your surroundings, there are a few requirements:

1. Bluetooth enabled

2. Location services enabled (aka GPS)

3. Location permission enabled for KleverKey (only for Android version 6 or above):

  1. Settings
  2. Applications
  3. KleverKey
  4. Permissions
  5. Enable Location

If the OPEN button is still not visible, we recommend to restart your Android device. Doing this, the bluetooth adapter will be cleaned and ready to use.
